Yuneec Skins offers a 7-day Return/Exchange Policy as Outlined. Buyer Pays Return Shipping. Shipment must be returned in the Original Unopened & Undamaged Package, Postmarked within 7 days of the Date of Delivery (see Tracking Information if applicable) After Inspection Yuneec Skins will Refund or Exchange the item(s) at our Discretion. Opened and flown products can be returned within 7 days of your Delivery if it is in its original condition (as solely determined by us). The return of opened boxes will incur a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your Refund, or may be added to Exchanges. For a returned product to be in its original condition, there will be no scratches, marks, or blemishes on, or damage to, the product, and there have not been any alterations made to the product. Products must be returned in its original packaging and include the original documentation. Please do not send any products purchased from us back to the manufacturer. Before returning a product, contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number. If your Refund or Exchange is Approved the products should be shipped to: Yuneec Skins, 6637 Briartree Way, Citrus Heights, CA 95621-1053 You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your products. Please note that lithium ion batteries cannot be shipped by air, so we recommend that all products containing such batteries be returned via ground transportation.
We are not Responsible for Water Loss, Water Damaged Equipment, Fly Over Water at Your Own Risk.
Refunds
It is the Buyers Responsibility to Order the Correct Parts and/or Services for your specific Model, so be sure to Read Descriptions, and Compare your Product to the Photos in the Listing, and Order the Correct Products to fit, that are Compatible with you're Specific Model, if you Order the wrong Parts and/or Service, or Decide you no longer want or need the Items, Yuneec Skins must Approve All Exchanges, or Returns Prior to Shipping at our Discretion, Exchanges are available only if the Item(s) are defective, damaged, or you received item(s) different than the Description in the listing. Please contact Yuneec Skins Customer Service within 24 hours of the Delivery Time shown on the Carrier Tracking Information for your Order, be sure to include the Order Number, the Reason you are Requesting Exchange, your Name, Address, and Phone Number, email to Support@YuneecSkins.com so that we can make the necessary corrections and provide you with Confirmation of Approval & Return Shipping Instructions. Please Allow 5 Business Days for a Reply. Your returned product will be promptly inspected by us and we will send you the inspection results by email. If we approve your product for return, your refund will then be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or you may be given Store Credit, shipping will be calculated by Destination, Weight, Dimensions, Product Type, any Customs and or Import Fees are your responsibility. Your refund may take up to four weeks to be received. Should your product not be approved for return, you will not receive a refund, and you are responsible for Return Shipping, return shipping will be calculated by our Selected Carrier, Destination, Weight, Dimensions, Product Type, Customs and or Import Fees are your responsibility, any shipping Charges and/or additional fees must be Paid in Full before your items will be returned to you.

All Aftermarket & Yuneec OEM Batteries Purchased from Yuneec Skins are Individually Tested & Inspected Prior to Shipping to ensure you receive a High Quality Subject to Inspection and Approval by the Manufacturer of any Battery Purchased. All Aftermarket and Yuneec OEM Batteries Purchased from Yuneec Skins are Tested Prior to Shipping to Our Customers, to ensure you receive a working Battery.
It is the Responsibility of the Customer to Properly Care & Maintain Batteries purchased from Yuneec Skins... Proper Battery Care Requires the Buyer to use an approved Charger capable of Properly Charging/Discharging/Storing any Battery Purchased from Yuneec Skins...
Buyer and/or Pilot assume all Responsibility for Properly using any Battery(s) Purchased from Yuneec Skins. Buyer Agrees to Hold Yuneec Skins Harmless for any/all Damage(s) related to an Aircraft using any Battery(s) Purchased from Yuneec Skins is Liable up to the Purchase Price of the Battery. Shipping Cost are the Sole Responsibility of the Buyer.
Puffy and or Bulging Batteries are Non-Returnable. Any Attempts to Remove Tamperproof, Stickers, Decals, Labels and/or Evidence of Opening Battery Enclosures, we Determine to be Evident at Our Discretion are Non-Returnable.
Sale Items
Only regular priced products may be returned for a refund. Any Sale, Clearance, or Discounted/Coupon Codes for items/products cannot be returned.

LiPo Batteries Pack abnormalities, such as a Puffed/Bulging cell(s), 0 voltage cell, persistent imbalance (more than 0.5v/cell) must be reported within 7 days of receiving your Battery.
Warranty Exclusions For LiPo Batteries: Physical damage (crush, impact, road rash, water etc.) Any Damage, or Attempt to Remove any Labels or Security - Tamper Proof Decals. Signs or Attempt to Open the Battery Hard Case Over-charging (charge voltage higher than 4.20V/cell), over-discharging (below 3.0V/cell). Problems caused by improper charging, defective chargers or user settings. Use outside of specifications. Improper storage (high temperature and humidity, fully charged storage for more than 3 days, etc.) Short-circuit or connection with polarity reversed. Normal wear. Puffed/Bulging. This typically is a result of over-discharging, improper storage, or charging in excess of 4.21V/cell. If you have experienced this problem, please check your charging and power system(s) to determine the cause and to prevent further issues with other packs. Swelling/Puffing/Bulging is not considered as a defect and isn't part of our warranty, and is due to improper use or misuse. This warranty applies only to Batteries purchased directly through YuneecSkins.com. All new Battery packs should be inspected before use. Although we make every possible effort to ensure that all Battery packs and other items are in perfect shape when they arrive, they should still be inspected prior to use. Contact Yuneec Skins if you Suspect a Battery is Defective or Damaged immediately. Yuneec Skins strongly recommends that all battery packs from any source be inspected before use. Yuneec Skins offers Batteries we have tested and are known to be reliable and have a good cycle life when treated properly. Yuneec Skins does not Manufacture any of the Batteries Sold on Our Website. Any Battery Purchased from Yuneec Skins that has been Approved for Return within 7 Days of Delivery, as Defective or Malfunctioning will be Returned to the Manufacturer for Inspection and Approval in order to Receive a Coupon Code for Store Credit Redeemable on Yuneec Skins website in the amount of the Original Purchase Price of the Battery, excluding any/all Shipping Costs. Yuneec Skins is not Responsible or Liable for Any Damage, Injury or Death Resulting from, or Caused by any Battery Purchased from our Website.
