By Purchasing this Service You Agree to Provide a Photocopy of the Drivers License, Military ID or Passport of the Pilot who is Responsible for Flying the Aircraft, and the use of the Yuneec No-Fly Zone "NFZ" Release Service. Purchase of this Service releases all liability of Yuneec and/or Yuneec Skins involving the Operation of the Yuneec Drone it's issued for. You also agree to Follow and Obey any and all FAA Rules and Regulations, and/or any and all Rules or Regulations Governing the Proper Operation and Control of any Yuneec Unmanned Aircraft System "UAS", in any Location it may be Operated. You are Solely Liable for any and all Damages, Injuries or Deaths that may be caused by the Operation of this Aircraft, Fly Responsibly, Obey all Laws that may apply, Do Not Fly Over or in Areas where People or Animals may be Injured or Killed, FLY SAFE! Please note: Anytime you are flying within 5 miles of an airport you should contact the tower and inform them of your flight plans. Do not fly near the approach and departure areas of the runways. This firmware will be registered to you alone. You may not share or distribute this firmware.
