• Terms of Service   The following terms and conditions apply to all current and future contracts, deliveries and other products, services and/or agreements between the company Yuneec Skins and/or its business partners, even if  Yuneec Skins does not refer to or mention any business partners in each individual case. All business processes and orders are executed under the following conditions. Any deviation(s) of regulations must be in writing.
• Copyright & Trademark Notice   Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on this site; including text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Yuneec Skins., Copyright ©, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.  You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping in this store or placing an order and for no other purpose. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
• Credit Cards  We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases less than $10,000.00. Purchases over $10,000.00 will incur a 3% credit card processing fee. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Payments are processed at the time of checkout. 
• Prices/Costs   The remuneration for our services is based on the prices valid at the time the contract was concluded. If there is a period of more than two(2) months between our acceptance of the offer and the placing of the order, we reserve the right to increase the price of the delivery due to intermediate material price increases, wage increases, or any other related costs. Shipping, Packaging or Handling costs are extra and are the Responsibility of the Buyer/Client.
• Agreements/Deals   Our offers are non-binding. You obtain liability only with the confirmation or invoicing of the order by us. For production-technical changes, which require a changed use of raw materials, we reserve the right to adjust the delivery price.
• Orders/Permits/Statics    Orders must be submitted in writing. For transmission errors, as well as errors caused by indistinctly written orders or by indistinct descriptions in orders, we assume no liability. When placing an order in the name of third parties, the purchaser is liable for the accuracy of the order and the payment of the entire claim. If an order has been placed, the validity of the contract is independent of the approval by authorities or third parties. Obtaining the approval is the responsibility of the Buyer/Client, the costs and fees are the Responsibility of the Buyer/Client. If statics are required for the approval, any additional costs are also the responsibility of the Buyer/Client.
• Tolerances/Quantity Deviations/Corrections    For all dimensions, colors etc. specified by us, the tolerances customary in the industry or acceptable for the purpose of use apply. For printed matter we reserve the right to an excess or short delivery of up to 10%. Correction templates have to be checked by the client, especially with regard to the intended use of the complete order. Error corrections should be clearly marked.
• Designs/Property Rights    Designs that we Develop, Produce and make available, as well as patterns, artworks, films, data sets, models and tools made by us remain our property even after payment. Likewise, we remain the owner of the existing industrial property rights and copyrights or in possession of the rights or respective licenses. The client warrants to us that the designs and execution specifications supplied by him, existing patent, license, trademark, design or other industrial property rights, including copyrights of third parties, do not affect such rights and the delivered designs and execution specifications get injured.  We have no Responsibility to Investigate.
  In all printing and advertising technology transferred work as well as the archiving of image, logo, - layout data and texts the necessary copyright, trademark or other rights of the client are required. All consequences resulting from any violation of these rights shall be the sole Responsibility of the Buyer/Client. By placing the order, the Buyer/Client assures that the contents of the transferred image files, logos, layouts, texts do not violate Criminal Laws.
• Delivery/Shipping     The specification of delivery dates is made in Working/Business days (Monday thru Friday). All deliveries, which we do not expressly confirm as a fixed date, are non-binding.
• Delivery/Shipping Delays    Claims for damages or a withdrawal from the contract due to late delivery or non-fulfillment of the contract can only be asserted if the delayed delivery is due to the fault of  Yuneec Skins, and you have previously placed us in default by registered letter and a reasonable grace period. For delivery and/or delays that are not based on our fault, we are entitled to demand a reasonable extension of the delivery period.
• Delivery    The delivery is freight prepaid upon Purchase at the Sole Expense and Risk of the Buyer/Client. We are entitled to partial deliveries and their calculation. Our packaging is invoiced on the basis of the cost price. Import Fees, Duties, or any other Chargers are the Responsibility of the Buyer. Yuneec Skins packaging is designed for non-destructive onward transport.
• Assembly    Assumed Assembly Work is expected to be carried out without hindrance and delays. The installation prices, even if they are agreed as fixed prices, do not include the costs arising from delays or additional work due to circumstances for which the Buyer/Client is responsible. The resulting expenses for labor, time and material costs are the sole Responsibility of the Buyer/Customer.
• Retention of Title     We reserve ownership of all delivered goods until all claims arising from the business relationship, including ancillary costs, have been settled.
• Terms of Payment     Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices of our works are always to be paid net within 8 days from the date of invoice. Cash discount is, unless it is expressly pointed out, not granted and demanded by us in arbitrary deduction. We explicitly reserve the right to reject checks. Acceptance is always only as payment. In case of late payment we charge a reasonable administration fee. The calculation of default interest remains reserved to us. If the fulfillment of our payment claim is jeopardized, we are entitled to execute outstanding deliveries only against advance payment.
• Limitations of Liability    For damages of our business partners, we are only liable if they are based on intent or gross negligence on our part or on the part of our vicarious agents. We are not liable for damages due to Force Majeure. Claims for damages due to delay, impossibility of performance, breach of a contractual secondary obligation, Culpa in Contrahendo, tort and / or other reasons shall be excluded unless the damage was caused by intent or gross negligence. The claim for damages relates exclusively to the delivery and/or service item. Consequential damages are excluded from liability. This also applies in particular to breakdowns, damage to buildings and the loss of data. Claims for damages and warranty claims are not transferable to third parties. Liability for damage to objects to be neutralized will not be accepted unless the damage was caused by intent or gross negligence. In addition, the liability is limited to the order value.

• Withdrawal from the purchase Contract/Exchange    Withdrawal from a given order, exchange of goods and return of goods are not possible. If we agree to a cancellation of the order, the costs incurred by us shall be reimbursed up to the current status of production.
• Archiving/Data Protection    The products to which the Buyer/Client is entitled, in particular data and data carriers, are archived only after express agreement and against special remuneration beyond the time of handover of the final product to the contractor or its vicarious agents. Buyer/Client data is stored in accordance with the regulations of the  the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018
• Place of Performance/Jurisdiction     Place of fulfillment and place of jurisdiction regarding our contractual relations with merchants and legal persons of the public right is the seat of our company in Citrus Heights, CA.
• Final-Provisions      Individual agreements change our terms and conditions only if they are confirmed by the management in writing. All contractual relationships are governed by United States Law.  If any parts of these "Terms and Conditions" are or become invalid, the remaining parts shall not be affected. The ineffective parts are replaced by the general law which comes closest to the economic goal of the invalid parts.
• Customer Items/Products Received by Yuneec Skins for Repair and not Paid for within 120 Calendar Days are subject to forfeit if  Payment is not received.
